Security Update for SQL Server 2005 Service Pack 2 (KB948109) Updating Problem

I have XP Home Edition upgraded to SP3 and am trying to get the Subject
security update to install, but after a long (I'm still using dialup)
download and attempted installation, I get the following error message:

"The feature you are trying to use is on a CD-ROM or other removable
disk that is not available.

Insert the 'Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express Edition (MSSMLBIZ)' disk
and click OK.

The path 'Please insert next disk' cannot be found. Verify that you

have access to this location and try again, or try to find the

installation package 'sqlrun_sql.msi' in a folder from which you can

install the product Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express Edition"

I haven't a clue as to what this message means. The only disk that
came with my computer are a "System Restore Disc" and a "Drivers Disc".

How can I get this update installed, or should I be concerned at all?

Suggest you post to the above NG. Or, for an NNTP reader:

Thanks. Will do.
