Security Settings

I can longer view a streaming webcam which has always been ok before. The
message I get is:

The AXIS ActiveX Camera Control, which enables you to view live image
streams in Microsoft Internet Explorer, could not be registered on your
computer

Is it a problem with IE Security settings??

Hi,
Some possibilities:
1. Internet Options> General> Temporary Internet Files> Settings> View
Objects... If you find the ActiveX object for that site, remove it.
2. Make sure that a third-party security program isn't blocking ActiveX,
active content, scripts, etc.
3. A recent security update for IE is causing problems with ActiveX.
See: 909889- ActiveX controls may not load as expected in Internet Explorer
due to defense in depth changes...

If none of these helps, please post back to this thread.

Hope this helps,
