Security setting for internet zone

D

Dave

In Internet Explorer,
tools,
internet options,
security,
internet zone,
I find that I cannot change the security level below
medium, if I try to lower it I get an error message
telling me that the recomended level for this zone is
medium, it then returns my setting to medium whether I
like it or not, is this another SP2 side affect?
Has anyone else found this problem and cured it?

I don't believe it will let you change it that way. You'll need to
change individual settings in the custom level.

If it is some sites that you completely trust, you can list
sites in the local or trusted zones.

Thanks for the info Rock, you are correct I spoke to an
online SP2 engineer from Microsoft and he confirmed it,
he also said there should be a fix for it comming soon.
