How can i get rid of this box. Every time I open IE it stays even though i
say
do not show again

Try going to the Tools, Internet Options, Go to the
Advanced Tab, and under the Security Heading, make
sure "Warn if forms submittal is being redirected" is
unchecked.

Or the next time that message box comes up, simply
select/unselect the "Show this again" checkbox"
