I sent a file to a friend

While trying to unzip the file with winzip 10 he received a message:

'Windows has blocked a pontenially harmfull program.'

The zip file only contains one .EXE file (which is safe) I know this must be a security setting somewhere in Windows but as usual I can't find anything when I need too.

What needs to be changed in his computer, directions please...

Mickey,

Right-click the .zip file in question, and choose Properties. Click the
"Unblock" button, and click OK.

Alternately:

1. Use a third-party zip handler like WinZip
2. Move the .zip file to a FAT32 partition, and move it back. This ensures
that the zone information attached to that file is reset.
