Security Patch KB835732

After unistalling the patch KB835732 from a windows 2000 VAIO laptop because of problems, i can't log back into windows. It keeps rebooting and rebooting into a blue screen that says: STOP: C000135 UNABLE TO LOCATE DLL.
THE DYNAMIC LINK LIBRARY WINSRV COULD NOT BE FOUND INT HE SPECIFY LOAD PATH.

Can you help please?
 
Boot from your 2000 cd and run a repair install
