Security on XP PC

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but if I set myself up
as PC administrator on my XP PC and don't set up guest
access or any other users on the PC - am I the only one
who can log onto the PC?

This depends.
Is the account that you are using the default Administrator
account, or one that you have defined such as during install
and/or first starting to use the system ?
If it is not the default Administrator account, then someone
could still use that one.
