The guest user access I have currently on my pc is restricted to change anything. So please advice how do I get access to my pc in whole and not as a guest user

four months. I am using windows xp as an operating system.

There are a few ways to find your administrator password. Go to google.ca and search for hacking administrator password or something like that if you don't find your answer. Also, there is a program called ntPassword you can check out. I'm not sure how well it works through. If all else fails. Take your computer to a place where they repair computers and ask them for help.
