Security log full

When I boot the machine, I get the message 'Seucrity Log
is full. Only Adminstrator can fix the problem'. I am the
adminstrator and couldn't figure out to fix the problem.
Please help.

Go to Control Panel - Performance & Maintenance - Administrative Tools -
Event Viewer and then right click Security and then Properties. Click
on Clear Log to empty out the log cache, and then choose to Overwrite
Events as Needed or Overwrite Events Older Than (choose a number of
days) to keep it from filling up.
