Login Error..

When attempting to login error code :0x80090006 appears and then the screen
goes blank.. the message description is unable to validate activation.. Can
only boot into safe mode withou networking using adminstrator account. Using
Xp home editions. Any suggestion as to how to restore?

Thanks John, This is good info, however I'm not able to get into recovery console because i don't have the password for the administrator. Is there a way to recover the passworld, or another way of getting there without the password.

Usually the password is blank. Try just hitting the carriage return.
