Security Level 1 attachments

Hi,

I have just re-installed Outlook 2000 and installed the latest service pack,
only to find that I cannot now open any Access database .mdb attachments as
they are included on the Level 1 security filetype list.

I am not using Exchange Server, so can anyone tell me how to modify the
Level 1 list, so that I can open my attachments? If this is not possible,
can I uninstall the security patch somehow?

How rediculous is this?! Grrr....
