Annoying Level 2 Attachment Security Warning

I have written a script to remove the security attachment
blocking with Level1Remove, but now you have to save the
attachment to disk before you can open it.
This is very annoying and employees aren't happy about
having to save it, then go find the file to open it.

I am responsible for the virus protection here and I am
not worried about attachment security. I want to remove
this Level 2 attachment security on Outlook 2002 and 2003.
I did the steps for Outlook 2000 with AddWarningFileTypes
and RemoveWarningFileTypes in the registry, but it does
not work in 2003.

Anyone know how to remove this warning?

I'm having the exact same problem -- I changed the registry as prescribed in KB aticle http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;829982&Product=off2003 but while the files are allowed in, I cannot not open them directly -- I can only save them to local disk and then open them
