Security Center Question

I recently installed Norton SystemWorks and Firewall 2006. After I installed
them and ran my updates for Norton, I realized that during the installation,
Windows Security Center was turned off. Can you advise me on how to turn it
back on so that it can monitor all of my Security software like I had with
Norton 2005.

Yes I have. When I open up the Security Center, it says " The Security
Center is currently unavailable because the "Security Center" service has not
started or was stopped. Please close this window, restart the computer (or
start the '"Security Center" service), and then open the Security Center
again." I guess I need to know how to start the service again.

Open Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services .. or you can type
this "services.msc" at run command (without quote)
