security center firewall

1. Go to Start > Run and type: SERVICES.MSC , and hit enter.
2. Scroll down to SECURITY CENTER.
3. Right-click on this service and select Properites.
4. Set the Startup type to Automatic.
5. Afterward, Start the service.

I have tried the above mentioned task, security center isnt visible in
tht list, wht do i do?
 
Do the same thing, but click on the "recovery" tab. Under all of the
"failure tabs" click on one and choose "restart program", do that for the
2nd, and subsequent areas.
