Security: 828750 Patch

J

Joe Rigal

I have a quick question regarding the latest security
patch. Does the vulnerability exist if I'm running IE
6.0 on an operating system other than Windows Server
2003? Do I need to patch my system if I'm running IE6 on
XP or WIndows 2000?

The reason I'm curious is because on the list of systems
affected in the technical bulletin, only IE 6.0 on W2K3
is listed.

Thanks!

I don't think I made this clear, I'm asking about IE 6.0
(32-bit), not IE 6.0 SP1 or above.
