Secure Sites

I am able to access regular website but when I am trying to view secure sites
I get the page could not be displayed I have been working with all of the
security setting for 2 days and have uninstalled my A/V and firewall can
someone please guide me

are you using windows xp or what OS?

click run type; " regsvr32 softpub.dll"
" " " wintrust.dll"
" " initpki.dll"

then click start, then run type;" ipconfig /flushdns"

(without quotes)

That should take care of it.
