Secure sites

I cannot access secure sites. I am able to read email
and go to websites. One site said my browser does not
support 128 bit secure transmission (it did). 2 months
ago, I could. Please help!

Hi,
I am still having the same problem going to web sites that
are secure, such as etrade.com. See the steps I have tried
in my post on 8/27. under Robert Casavant.
Try my repair steps and let me know if they work. Let's
exchange emails if either of us make progress.
