Secure site (https) won't open.

I have a PC runing Windows ME and IE 6.O. I can go to any
non-secure site (http) but it will not open any secure
site (https), and no error message is given.

Any help would be appreciated.

Suggest disabling any firewall until things are working correctly. Make
certain your time, date, and time *zone* settings are all correct.
