secure servers problem

I recently bought AOL BROADBAND and each time I go on to a
secure server at any site I just get the cannot find page
message:res://C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\SHDOCLC.DLL/dnserror.htm#
and non secure servers work fine. I have 0 cipher
strength. So i dowloaded IE 6 SP1 and should have 128 bit
encyrption but it still says 0. Can anyone help?

Ciper strength appears as 0 bit in Internet Explorer. Encryption.

I have the same problem as you
I tried evrything (even installing a new version of
ie6,...)
and still i can t go to secure page
I dont know what the problem is
