secure logon

Hi,
I am using my own computer (I am the administrator), but
am hooked up to a network at my office.

I need to get the Secure Logon screen, but there is
no "Advanced" tab, when I goto User Accounts (in Control
Panel).

How can get the Secure Logon screen to pop up every time?

have you tried to log on to the machine with an account that has admin
rights?

Well, this is my personal computer I am using... I am the
administrator. And, yes, I log on as the administrator.

The main problem is that the "Advanced" tab simply does
not exist (Control Panel/ User Accounts), and I don't
know why, nor what to do.
