I have Windows XP Home Edition. I just added another
harddrive and I would like to achieve the following.

I would like to be able to add files and folders that
harddrive and allow access only to the admin or certain
users. Would upgrading to Pro allow me to do this?

Any other workaround or thirdparty software that would
allow me to do this?

Home will do it.
Pro will do it.
Third party app will do it.
