section breaks

I have a 45 chapter document and I want to have the chapter name in the
header how do I set the section breaks so I can do this? For expamle of
Chapter 1 will carryChapter 1 in the header, the same for 2, 3, etc

You don't really need section breaks for this if you set up the
document properly. If you don't need to change anything else related
to sections (margins, page orientation), then you don't need any
section breaks at all.

Make sure each chapter starts with the text "Chapter x" in a paragraph
by itself, and apply a style to each of those paragraphs that you
don't use for anything else in the document. It can be one of the
built-in styles (and you can modify the formatting of the style as you
like) or it can be one you define yourself.

In the header, insert a StyleRef field that refers to that special
style. That field will display the text of the most recent occurrence
of the style, which will be the current chapter number.
