Did you read my previous reply? Since you upgraded from XP, your first
step is to determine if the computer is virus/malware-free. Have you
done this? If yes, what programs and procedures did you use? If not, go
through these general malware removal steps systematically:

Caveat: The above steps are written for XP (and older MS operating
systems). Not everything used might work on Vista.
