Secondary Y axis

I created a chart with 2 axes: left axis is a line chart and right axis is a
bar chart. Both series have both positive and negative numbers. Problem is
that both have their origin at 0 on the scale, but the 0 on the left axis is
slightly higher than the zero on the right axis. Any ideas?

Beautiful. I ended up just doing the seventh grade algebra instead of using
the macro, but it worked great. Thanks.
