SECONDARY DISK

Due to a hard disk failure I have had a secondary disk installed so now
have disk c and disk x.

To utilise disk space I have moved all "my document" files to disk X

When I try to open a file in word or excel it always starts me off at
"my documents" on disk C so I have to relocate to disk X every time.

How can I arrange it so that "my documents" on disk X is the starting
point every time.
