Seem like it should be easy, but isn't!

What type of account? Do you mean you've created a new PST and want it to
be the new delivery location?

Thanks for the SPAM tip.

On the calendar issue.

I had to reload XP, then Office 2003. While I was able to get to my old
calrndar I have found no way to make it the primary calenday in the
reinstalled Outlook 2003. Therefore no reminders will work, etc.

Youcannot delete and rplace the "primar;y" calendar. Therefore I'm stymied!

Thanks for any assistnace you can ofer.

Click Tools>E-mail Accounts>Next. At the bottom left is a drop-down that
allows you to specifiy the delivery location. Whatever Calendar folder is
in that delivery location will the the "primary" calendar. So, if you have
an existing PST and wish to use its folders as the "primary" ones, open that
PST with FIle>Open>Outlook Data File, then select it as the delivery
location as described above.

We recently updated to Office 2003 and had a similar problem. Most of our
calendars we were able to select the "old" calendar (in folders view), right
click to get the "move calendar", then drag and drop into the new calendar.
We did have a problem on some users with recurring appointments not
transferring.

If you have that problem, go to the old calendar, view recurring
appointments and print them and (sigh) re-enter into the new calendar.
