Second XP User Cannot open Outlook

In a migration from an older XP system to a new computer (XP SP2), I
reinstalled Office Professional 2003 SP1 (OL 2003 11.6359.6360 SP1). Iv'e
also created a second user on the new system, with administrator privileges.

Excel, Word, and PowerPoint all work OK for both my user id and the second
user's. Outlook works OK for me, also. However, when my wife (user #2)
tries to access OL, she gets an error message complaining that a file
(511735.MAINSP1op.msp) cannot be found. No amount of Canceling (as suggested
by some) allows OL to fire up.

I have looked diligently on all installation material I have, as well as
the old system fromm which I'm migrating - the file is not there.

From reading on the net, I see that this is a common problem, but I've not
seen it discussed in the context of a second user.

What do I have to do to allow both of us to access OL? Do I really have to
remove and reinstall Office? And SP1? What about this Clean-up Program that
can be downloaded - do I have to go through that process also? Even if I do
this, what kind of a chance do I have of getting arund the problem? If I
reinstall under my ID, won't my wife still have the problem? And vice-versa?

And finally why can't somebody just proved the missing file (I gues it's
some sort of patch?) and let me point OL (or whoever the heck is griping
about the file) to it?

This is very troubling, and we're dead in the water (no Central Texas
weather pun intended) here. Help!
