Hi there

I've upgraded a Outlook Express user to MS Outlook 2003. Everything went
well and is working except one small problem. If i click on the To button in
a new message window to add the recipients a dialogue box pop's up saying :
Can't
contact LDAP Directory server (81). If i click OK the "Select Names" box
appears from which i must first select "Contacts" from the top right hand
corner before any of the names appear. I want the names to appear just after
you've clicked the To button like normal. I've upgraded another user in the
same
building on the same day without this problem. Any ideas....

Does the troubled user have an LDAP server setup in his list of
directories/address books? Check here: Tools menu > Email accounts >
View/Change directories
