second Domain Controller

I had setup a second DC for redundancy and all is doing
well. I think I remember reading somewhere that it is best
to assign 2 roles(GC, Domain Naming Master,PDC Emulator,
Infrastructure Master, and Relative ID Master) from the
first DC to the new DC. Can anyone point me in the right
direction? Thank you...
