searching user manual for HP LaserJet 4+

I'm looking for an user manual for my LaserJet 4plus. I already got the
Service Manual.
Maybe I can also find a manual that describes the configuration of the
JetDirect card in my printer. Could anybody help, please?

You are unlikely to find an electronic copy. It was never on the HP web
site, as far as I know. It was also difficult to photocopy or scan.

Most of what you need is in the servuce manual. One thing that is useful
is the on-line 'mini manual' that came as part of a product called the
Travel Guide. Email me for more details...it is on the HP web site but
seems to move around!

I have just found a JetDirect manual. But it's so simple, you don't
really need it. Email me for advice, asking your questions.
