Searching in Outlook 07

I have a simple question. In testing searching in Outlook 07, I have no
problems bringing back messages, however when my co-worker does a search it
always comes back with nothing found. In all cases, we did a search of files
which were listed in the current window .. be it her inbox or deleted mail or
whatnot. I have checked her search settings and they are identical. Our
mail is on an exchange server, so I tested my own searchability on another
test PC, and was not able to return any results.

My question is this. Is this an Outlook setting, an index setting or
something else altogether. Everything looks identical to me but maybe I
missed somthing.

Indexing is mostly controlled via the Indexing icon in Control panel. Check
there.
