Searching good JPEG archiver

I need to store a large number of JPEGs in one archive file that should be
as small as possible.

Which archiver would you recommend?

7-Zip has a very good compression. http://www.7-zip.org/

But it does not matter - JPEGs are already very well packed, so you
usually won't save more than a few bits on packing them. Just take any
archiver you like. (You might actually save more space by removing
comments from the JPEGs than by compressing them)
