Is there a program to find files in the PC and to copy them keeping their
folders structure?
Thanks.

Yep, there is: TrackerV3! (http://www.trackerv3.com/)
a) find your files
b) right-drag from the results list to target folder
c) choose "Rich Copy" from context menu
d) files will be copied keeping their folder structure to target folder

Thanks!

I too have used TrackerV3 for this. Works great! Also, you might try
looking at freeware "backup" software, since this often [but not
always, of course] includes option to preserve absolute or generalized
path information, folder structure intact.
