You've been hijacked by an add-on or other spyware.

First try turning off Add-ons that might be causing the problem. To do
that, open IE, click Tools, Manage Add-ons. Scroll through the list,
and when you find suspicious Add-ons, click to highlight, click
"Disable" and continue the search. Close all IE windows, reopen one and
try again.

If that doesn't help, run some antispyware software:

This is called a "browser hijack", and it hints, but does not necessarily
mean for sure, that your system has other malware/virus problems.
Search4Top is an installed program that will simply take control of your
browser after you've made changes. You have to remove the program and its
loader references.

Fixing this can be a little technical, and is easiest done with a tool
called "HiJackThis". You have to read all the screens carefully.

This page gives some fairly in-depth direction:
http://www.cyberwalker.net/faqs/computer-threats/how-to-fix-browser-hijack.html

You may find that you need hands-on help from someone who is familiar with
fixing these things.
