Search Sub-Folders

Perhaps someone can help me with an issue with Outlook 2003 which has bugged
me for ages? When I want to search my Outlook folders, I use advanced search,
which has a tick box for "search sub-folders"; but it never does this; it
only ever searches the folder active at the time (usually inbox). I then have
to manually expand the folder tree and tick each subfolder, which is a real
pain. Is there any way around this? Thanks!

Well you can do it without going to the Advanced Options, go to any Of the
folders in outlook, Now in the find bar look for "search in" and click on
the drop down box and select "All Mail folders" and search.
