Search single page

Is it possible to set up a single page search within a web where it would
only search this one page and not all of the pages in the web? As an
example, a FAQ page that would be very lengthy.

Yes, move the FAQ page and the search page into a folder, then convert the folder to a subweb/site.

Yeah, but wouldn't that give you a hyperlink to the one big page that has
the entire FAQ in it?

Original poster might want to look into a JavaScript solution, or even an
ActiveX control that pops up the "find in page" menu in the browser.... Or
simple instructions at the top for the user to open the "find in page"
function themselves.

Correct.

In IE, you could place an instruction on your FAQ page to
tell your visitors to use Edit | Find.

Thanks for the idea to look at a javascript. I found one that creates a
small "find in page" form that does exactly what I want.
