Search Screen on boot

Whenever I boot the system the search screen pops open and blinks. I can
close it, but it opens right back up. After about 10 times it quits opening
and I can use the computer. Except, that then when I hit the START button,
the search window pops up and blinks. After awhile, the START button will
work normaly and I can use the sytem fine until next time I boot it.

It is VERY annoying.
