Search puppy

Can anyone tell me how to get rid of the Andrex puppy which appears on an
Explorer search? I only use "search" when I'm stressed because I can't find
something, and the ruddy thing makes me want to throw the PC out of the
window.

Contact the toilet paper company you got it from and ask them.
 
When you open the search window, look at the bottom of the list for "Turn off
animated character".
