Search page won't publish

I created a Search page in FP 2003 and when I publish the site, I get no
errors related to the Search page but when I try to search, I get the
FrontPage Run-Time Component Page. If I run the Site Summary report, I get a
Component error for the Search page which says "This page contains a
FrontPage Search component that will not function properly until you publish
your FrontPage Web to a server."

Why is this page not getting published? It appears in both Local and Remote
with "unchanged" as its status.

You are publishing to a server that has the FP extensions via FP's http mode, correct?

If yes, then what type of server, Unix/Linux or Windows IIS?

Is Index Server is installed and running and a Index Catalog created for the site?
