Search order for contacts in Outlook 2003

In Outlook 2000 I was able to set which of my address
lists to search first when entering an address in a new
email using "Tools, Services, Addressing tab, When sending
mail check names using these address lists in the
following order"

Is there a way to do this in Outlook 2003?

information using Outlooks's Help? I thought I'd tried
everything.
