SEARCH Missing from Internet Explorer

G

Gary

I was wondering if anyone knew how to set a search engine
into explorer so when you type something in the address
line it will search for you without having to go to
google or aol or msn to search. I remember it just doing
it automatically before. Now my computer will not search
automatically and the search button on the explorer will
not open any search engine or program like it used to.

What do I have to do to get it back??

Be sure that you install hotfix 828750 which fixes the exploit that this
virus uses:

If you are redirected to unwanted sites,
there's a good possibility that this is being caused by a third-party
program (adware, spyware, parasite).
