Search Key not found on import to table

I have received the above error many times recently when importing and XLS
spreadsheet into ACCESS. After checking all fields for naming and format,
still getting error. The only way I have been able to resolve the issue is
to eliminate some of the columns.

This message is usually a sign of corruption. Make a backup copy of
your MDB. Then do a compact and repair and see if that fixes your
problem.
