How can I get a list of all encrypted files on my hard
drive. I'd like to unencrypt everything before joining a
domain.

You could try the CIPHER command.

cipher /U will touch each file and it will be displayed in the command
window.

Before encrypting anything. Make sure you completely understand how EFS
works and what you need to decrypt your files.

Way to many people come in here after doing a reinstall or repair
install and can't access thier encrytped files because they never create
a recovery agent or backed up thier certificates. If you don't take
proper precautions, you can lose you data forever.
