Search folder with conversations with more than one mail only

I'm using Outlook 2003.
I have set up a search folder to show the content of both Inbox and Sent
Items folders arranged by conversation.
I wonder if it is possible to configure the search folder to only show
conversations with more than one mail.
I.e. this way it would be easier to see if you have received response on
sent mails and also to be able to delete your sent items that have received
answers.
 
No, it doesn't get that specific. You could try setting up a filter on the
advanced tab that includes "re:" but this won't find the first message in
the thread.
