search error

My search bar will not work, i go to search and it does
nothing.I have run spybot and still nothing, I tried to
reset web settings, got as far as customise and got the
following internet explorer script error
line 6
char 10
error undefined
code 0
please can anyone help,I need to search the web.

Reset the Internet Explorer Search engine to default settings [Tip 13]

[This should set the default Search Page URLs back]

If the script error continue even with the default search HTML, follow the advice given by Venkatesh earlier.
