Windows version? Running IE6 or IE7?

Did you "reboot" (restart) or reinstall Windows?

Does that error cause the webpage not to display?

Thanks for replying,

I'm running IE6, I've rebboted a few times and nothing...

when the error message appears i have to refresh the screen everytime. it
also freezes IE.

there are other errors aswell, e.g Object expected.

It doesn't do it on every website... just most of them.

Thanks again

Security FAQ & Checklist

Is the machine fully patched at Windows Update now? (I would NOT install
IE7 yet.)

Is a fully-dated anti-virus application installed & functional?

Is the Windows Firewall (or a third-party firewall) enabled?

Can you cite a few URLs to pages where you encounter the behavior?
