Search Engines

I am attempting to create aearch engine that searches only my website, but is
a bit more complicated than just typing out what you want to search and
pressing submit.
The search engine I am attempting to create is to have pull-down boxes, like
in the forms, so people can select numerous options. Then I want the user ot
be able to click submit so they will be able to see the search results.
Example:
They want to search a website for a house that has one bedroom (so they
select one), has two bathrooms (so they select 2), has no pets (select no
pets) and so forth using a pull-down box method. So the user will then select
all that they want, click the submit and then I want them to be able to see
all houses that specifically fit into all the categories that they have
chosen.
I hope this makes sense!
