Search Duplicate

Hi All,
I search the forum but I could not come up with anything that matches my next
question.

In order to avoid entering duplicates in the main form, I would like the name
to show up in the text box once the user starts typing it.

In other words- if the user wants to type: Northland Television, Inc
(assuming that the name already exists in the database)
once the user types Northland then the rest of the name should pop up.
I hope this is clear...
