Am using WinXP-pro. When I do a search files and folders (let's say I'm
looking for all files and folders that contain *palmpilot*.doc), search
shows all the files as TILES, but I would like it to DEFAULT to DETAILS. It
used to work like this, I don't know what changed.
-Sure, you can click "View results differently" > Details... AFTER the
search, but it doesn't remember it as a default next time, it always goes
back to TILES
-I tried Tools > Folder Options > View > [X]Remember each folder's view
settings > [Apply to All Folders], but it didn't fix it
Would appreciate suggestions. Thanks,
