Search Companion and System Restore blank, Internal Application Error in
Windows Media Player 9 or 10.

I recently removed Norton AntiVirus 2003 after the subscription went blank a
few days ago yet I had at least 10 months left. I now use CA EZ ANti Virus.
I removed various virus laden Java Zip files and later noticed that my system
restore page would come up but it was white, no type. I also noticed that my
Windows Search Companion was just a blank web page. Then I found that my
Media Player would say Internal Application error. I tried reinstalling each
item as I found on this site, but none worked. I found a post from ramesh
and it worked instantly right after I loaded these 2 drivers. The answer is
below. Thanks Ramesh MVP

-- Click Start, and then click Run.
In the Open box, type regsvr32 jscript.dll, and then click OK.
Click OK.
Click Start, and then click Run.
In the Open box, type regsvr32 vbscript.dll, and then click OK.
Click OK.
After this all should be fixed. Make sure you put a space between 32 and
the j or v.
